Yet again I've decided to make a healthy change in my life. For the past month I have been back on the old weight loss wagon. *sigh*
This blog has been such a fickle thing. I am torn between wanting a blog where I can share my love for food (and hopefully be witty and interesting along the way) and complete anonymity. I like my privacy and if you are hoping that there will be some sort of revelation or group therapy time on here then you will be disappointed. Whatever the reasons are (beyond my obvious love for food) that got me to the weight I'm at are mine. More than anything else this blog is about food. I would say 80% food, 20% weight loss. Which is also where I am mentally about this whole thing. Besides attempting to lose weight is hard enough that any additional pressure will only be added stress (which fuels stress eating... not that I stress eat...).
So I say this as a disclaimer and as a reminder to myself because the original purpose of this whole experiment was to blog about food and my seemingly endless weight loss endeavors. Now my goals and intent have changed and with it the blog will be redefined. I need to remind myself that I wanted to do this because I like talking about food. And if I lose weight along the way then yay, and believe me you will know. If not then I beg of you to keep your pie holes closed.
