I am trying to improve my life and lose weight; however, this blog isn't about my weight loss journey (ok, it is a little, but thats not the focus). The focus of this blog is mostly food, and my relationship with it and how I need to change my approach. I am passionate about food, which is part of the reason why I need to lose weight. Such a vicious cycle.
